The Internship & Placement Office supports students and graduates in their transition to the job market, while helping companies and organisations connect with qualified candidates.

Its main services include:

• promoting career guidance initiatives, including career counselling, one-to-one CV reviews, mock interviews, and workshops focused on job search strategies and career development;
• enabling companies and organisations to advertise job and internship opportunities through the University's Internship and Placement platform, access the CVs of students and graduates via the AlmaLaurea platform, and participate in recruitment initiatives that facilitate direct interaction with students and graduates;
• organising the Career Day, the University's flagship recruitment event, which brings together students, graduates, and employers through one-to-one interviews and networking opportunities. The Office also promotes a wide range of professional opportunities, including curricular and extracurricular internships.

The Career Services Office also manages an online noticeboard where extracurricular, professionalising internship, and job opportunities are regularly published.

Every year, a large number of University of Bergamo graduates successfully enter the job market, supported by the high quality of the University's teaching and by the dynamic local business environment, which is continuously seeking talented new professionals.

L’ufficio Placement gestisce inoltre una bacheca nella quale vengono pubblicati annunci di tirocinio (extracurriculare e professionalizzante) e lavoro.
