A learning environment designed for people
The Department of Business Administration (DiPSA) is located on the University of Bergamo’s Economics Campus in Via dei Caniana 2, just a few minutes’ walk from the city’s railway station and historical centre. The campus offers a welcoming, modern and well-connected environment that supports both academic and personal development.
Students at DiPSA benefit from fully equipped lecture halls, study areas, digital tools and access to a wide range of university services. Life on campus is not only about learning, it’s also about meeting people, exploring ideas and building your future.
Where we are
The Department of Business Administration (DiPSA) is part of the University of Bergamo’s Economics and Law Campus, which brings together three departments: Business Administration and Economics (main entrance: Via dei Caniana 2) and Law (entrance: Via Moroni 255).
The Economics Campus is located in a distinctive building originally constructed in the early 1950s as an industrial complex. In the 1980s, it was restructured by the Poli-Mambretti-Traversi-Travisa architectural group to house the Centre for Tertiary Services of the former Banca Provinciale Lombarda. Since 1987, it has been home to the University of Bergamo. The main hall was named after Serio Galeotti, Rector from 1972 to 1975 and founder of the first Economics degree course in Bergamo.
Today, the campus combines academic heritage and modern infrastructure. It offers:
direct access to public transport (train, bus, bike-sharing);
walking distance to the historical centre, city library and major university buildings;
proximity to housing, supermarkets, cafés and student services;
the central offices of the University Administration, including the General Directorate and Student Services Office (for all students except those in Engineering, based in Dalmine).
Nearby, at Via San Bernardino 72/e, students also find the University’s Orientation and International Programmes Office, which supports pre-enrolment, study abroad programmes, and employability services.
