Planning your university career is an essential step toward academic success. This section provides guidance on how to navigate your studies at the department of Management (DiPSA), from structuring your learning path to registering for exams and preparing for your final graduation steps.
Whether you're starting your first year or progressing through your degree, here you will find practical information and official resources to support each phase of your journey.

You can submit or update your study plan only if:
Study plans are usually completed online, at the beginning of each academic year. For students enrolled in programmes with multiple curricula (specialisation tracks), the curriculum choice is typically made in the second or third year, depending on the structure of the course.
We strongly recommend discussing your options with your academic tutor or course coordinator before submitting or modifying your plan.

Most DiPSA degree programmes offer multiple curricula (tracks or specialisations). You will typically select your curriculum during your second or third year, depending on your course. Each curriculum focuses on specific disciplinary areas, such as finance, marketing, innovation or international business.
Information on available curricula is included in each programme’s web page. Make sure to consult your course coordinator or academic tutor before finalising your decision.
In order to sit an exam, you must register in advance through the University’s online portal. Registration usually opens 20 days before the exam date and closes 5 days prior. Late registration is not permitted.
Once you have taken the exam, you will need to confirm or reject your grade online, depending on the instructions provided by the lecturer.
In some cases, exams may be conducted online. The University provides a secure system for remote exams using tools such as Safe Exam Browser and Microsoft Teams. Before the exam, you must verify that your device meets the required specifications.
The final examinations page includes all the relevant deadlines and procedures related to your final thesis and graduation session. These include:
