The Online Student’s Helpdesk is the official digital support system provided by the University of Bergamo for handling a wide range of academic, administrative and technical issues. The platform is designed to assist enrolled students, prospective applicants and graduates with personalised, trackable help requests.

You can access support services through two dedicated portals, depending on the nature of your request.

“Sportello Internet” (general student portal)

Sportello Internet is the main entry point for online student services. It allows you to submit support tickets, consult a knowledge base and follow the status of your request.

Through the portal you can:

  • submit requests regarding enrolment, tuition fees, exam calendars, study plans, graduation and more;
  • ask for assistance with procedures, certificates, student status and payments;
  • access pre-enrolment services for prospective students;
  • track the status of your request and receive email updates.

“Helpdesk – Segreteria studenti” (student services office helpdesk)

This is a dedicated channel for more specific queries managed directly by the Student Services Office, particularly for technical or administrative issues not covered in the general portal.

Use this portal for:

  • help with login issues, certificates, password recovery;
  • support with exam booking errors or inconsistencies;
  • communications related to official academic documentation.
